Meriwether Hills rests on 9 rolling acres with a scenic view of Massanutten Mountain. The space we enjoy gives our residents plenty of elbow room. Eighteen of our twenty two buildings are accessed by our interior road and cul-de sac. The remaining four buildings face a main thorough fare of our community.
Our buildings are constructed with brick giving an attractive and solid appearance. They have recently been refitted with state of the art Armstrong heat pumps. This has reduced our resident utility bills while maintaining a high level quality of air conditioning and heating.
